A few possible side effects of Neurobion include:

Vitamin B is water-soluble, and if these vitamins are taken beyond the daily requirement, the body may not absorb them but instead excrete them in the urine.
It is important to consult your doctor before giving these supplements to children because their vitamin dosages are usually geared towards adults. The daily requirement of these vitamins in children is relatively less, so overdosing may cause toxicity in children.
