Patient Comments: Uveitis - Complications

Did you experience any complications with uveitis?

Comment from: Jackie1224, 45-54 Female (Patient) Published: January 02

I was diagnosed with uveitis several years ago, I have no other autoimmune problems. The uveitis started with redness and floaters. The acute attack began with eye pain and temporary loss of vision. I have been receiving treatment with steroids and immunosuppressants. Now, I have less flare-ups. My vision is still blurry and I have trouble with night-time vision. But, the acute flare-up is a rarity.
