What type of OTC drugs or other remedies help when you have a tension headaches?

Even though I scoffed at it the doctor suggested adjusting my chair at work. I made it stiffer and more upright and a few days later my tension headaches were gone. I used to get the floating head tension headaches (almost like you are on flu medicines).

Psychiatric medications Cymbalta, Lamictal and an anti-depressant, Lexapro or Prozac work for my tension headaches.
