- 3 cups chopped fresh mango (about 2 large mangoes, peeled and seeded)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons lime juice
- In food processor bowl or blender, puree mango until thick and smooth. Pour in the honey and lime juice and pulse until combined well with mango.
- Pour mixture into two small freezer-safe containers and cover with lid or foil. Freeze for 45 minutes and remove from the freezer only to stir the mixture. Set containers back in freezer for an additional 30 minutes.
- Scoop out frozen sorbet into 4 serving dishes.
