Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain, fat-free, or low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sweet honey deli-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation:
1. Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
2. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Dip and enjoy.

Nutritional Information:
Per serving: 30 calories, 1 g protein, 4 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat (0 g saturated fat), 0.5 mg cholesterol, 4% Daily Value of calcium, 240 mg sodium.
