Chocolate Lover's Trail Mix
- 1 tablespoon of M&Ms® or chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup roasted peanuts, almonds or macadamia nuts
- 1/8 cup of dried fruit (raisins, dried cranberries, dried cherries or any dried fruit medley)
- 1/8 cup of high-fiber cereal (bran Chex®, oat squares, etc.)
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Per serving: 226 calories, 4.5 g protein, 31 g carbohydrate, 12 g fat (2.7 g saturated fat), 0 mg cholesterol, 4 g fiber, 60 mg sodium. Calories from fat: 43%.
