Vegetable Products Recalled by Mann Packing

TUESDAY, Nov. 5, 2019 (HealthDay News) -- A variety of vegetable products have been recalled by Mann Packing Co. due to possible listeria contamination.

The products were distributed to certain retailers in the United States and Canada and have "Best If Enjoyed By" dates of Oct. 11, 2019, to Nov. 16, 2019. A full list of the recalled products is available on the Mann Packing website.

To date, no illnesses associated with the recalled products have been reported, according to the company.

Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. It can also cause miscarriage and stillbirth in pregnant women.

For more information, consumers can call Mann Packing at 1-844-927-0707.
