(HealthDay News) -- About one in 10 people will have a kidney stone during his or her lifetime, says the National Kidney Foundation.
To help prevent kidney stones, the foundation suggests:
- Drink enough water, especially when exercising.
- Pair oxalate-rich foods with calcium-rich foods.
- Cut back on dietary salt.
