Country Music Legend Loretta Lynn Suffers Stroke

Country music icon Loretta Lynn suffered a stroke last week and has postponed her upcoming shows, a post on her official website says.

The 85-year-old singer-songwriter suffered the stroke Thursday evening at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tenn., the Los Angeles Times reported.

Lynn is expected to make a full recovery, according to the post.

Earlier this year, Lynn announced she'll release a new studio album in August.
