Health Tip: Stop Smoking!

(HealthDay News) -- Once you've stopped smoking, it may be a challenge to substitute healthier habits.

The American Heart Association suggests:

  • Watch an interesting movie.
  • Find something you can create, make or build.
  • Spruce up your yard by planting flowers.
  • Relax with an afternoon nap.
  • Write emails or letters to friends and family.
  • Reminisce over home movies or photo albums.
