Health Tip: Poor Eating Habits

(HealthDay News) -- Poor eating habits can trigger overeating and destroy a weight-loss plan.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says eating habits to avoid include:

  • Eating your food too quickly.
  • Eating when you aren't hungry.
  • Standing up while you eat, which may trigger overeating.
  • Making dessert a daily habit.
  • Skipping a meal, notably breakfast.
