Medical Definition of Keratosis, senile

After graduating from St. Louis University School of Medicine, he completed his Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.

Keratosis, senile: A premalignant condition of thick, dry scaly patches of skin. Often seen in the elderly and those with excessive sun exposure. Synonymous with actinic keratosis.
