(HealthDay News) -- Babies may be able to try solid foods at age 6 months. But how do you know when they're ready?
The Nemours Foundation says babies who are ready for solid foods may show these signs:
- A decrease in baby's tongue-thrusting reflex.
- Baby has good control of his or her head.
- Reaching for an adult's food.
