Yellow eyes suggests jaundice, which reflect either liver disease or hemolysis of red blood cells. Bloodshot eyes makes me think of sleep deprivation, marijuana, conjunctivitis, or allergies to pollen, ragweed, cats, or dogs. Call your doctor if you have yellow eyes. Do not call your doctor if you have bloodshot eyes.
