Are you recommending anti-oxidant vitamins C, E, and beta-carotene to your patients?
I don't recommend beta carotene, I think that the evidence on beta carotene is not very strong. But if one has coronary heart disease, I recommend taking 500 mg of vitamin C or vitamin E at 400 units.
