Switch to decaffeinated coffee helped my overactive bladder 30 to 60 percent. Alcohol is also an irritant, drink with lots of water or reduce consumption.

I have multiple sclerosis and my bladder does not work. I have about 10 seconds warning then flow starts. Diet change has little effect. For 16 hours a day I wear what I call an external bladder.
