Neuro-ophthalmic history is a form of medical history taken prior to a physical examination of the eyes and eye movements. The neuro-ophthalmic history will focus on any previous history of vision disturbances, abnormal eye movements or abnormal appearance, any previous injuries to or diseases of the eye, or other eye problems.
