Jet lag is a type of circadian rhythm sleep disorder. Jet lag has also been referred to as desynchronosis and flight fatigue.
Signs and symptoms of jet lag vary among affected individuals and are typically increasingly severe with an increasing number of time zones crossed. Symptoms can include
