Pyogenic granuloma. Pyogenic granulomas are red bumps that can appear on your face, hands, arms or other body parts, usually after some sort of injury. They are benign, or noncancerous, with moist surfaces that can bleed easily due to having many blood vessels. They can go away on their own or a doctor may remove them.
