Do you have gum disease along with a history of heart attack and/or stroke?

Yes, there is coronary heart disease (CHD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and loss of all teeth except roots, much decay, pain and no way to pay to see a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery). Cardiologist says he wants the problem taken care of to stop repeated stays in hospital. So, what do we do now!
