I have black spots around my vagina. They started by the anus and now they are even on the lips of the vagina. The genital warts are not itchy or painful and I can't even feel them, but they look awful, they look like a dry skin, and I have no sexual infection. I'm now worried as to what the cause could be.

I have been single for 12 years, no sex partner all this time. I started having lots of bladder infections. Finally I saw a doctor, who did pap smear test. I then went back to him because of itching, everything protruding and the bladder burning so he gave me another test on vulva. He said I have venereal warts and now I will be having surgery.
