How does scleroderma affect a woman's fertility and the outcome of a pregnancy?

Good news. A study by leading experts in the study of scleroderma published in the medical journal Arthritis & Rheumatism (1999;42:763-768) found that infertility was in fact NOT a frequent problem in women with scleroderma. Furthermore, there were no excessive pregnancy risks in these women. That is, that their pregnancy outcomes were similar in comparison to healthy persons.
