USES: Fenugreek has been used for controlling high blood sugar in people with diabetes.Some supplement products have been found to contain possibly harmful impurities/additives. HOW TO USE: Take this product by mouth. Follow all directions on the product package, or take as directed by your doctor. If you are uncertain about any of the information, ask your doctor or pharmacist.If your condition persists or worsens, or if you think you may have a serious medical problem, get medical help right away.
SIDE EFFECTS: Stomach upset, diarrhea, or bloating may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: signs of low blood sugar (such as nervousness, shakiness, fast heartbeat, sweating).A very serious allergic reaction to this product is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.This is not a complete list of possible side effects.
