Overview

Dr. Evans is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Professional activities also include membership in the American Medical Association, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the Alamance County Medical Society. He was most recently on staff at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, North Carolina, where he has just completed his second term as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is currently on staff at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas, where he is available for both high risk and routine Obstetrical care, as well as Gynecology, with a special interest in minimally invasive surgery. He holds degrees from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, and Appalachian State University. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Mountain Area Health Education Center division of the University of North Carolina, in Asheville, North Carolina
