Dr. Negrete, the Chief of Pediatrics and Neonatology at El Centro Regional Medical Center, has been voted "Best Pediatrician" in the Imperial Valley by the Imperial Valley Press two years in a row. Dr. Negrete graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, he then graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.
