Dr. Nelson offers a full array of psychiatric services for individuals, couples, and families, including medication management, intensive and cognitive psychotherapy, and clinical assessments. He also provides consultations for individuals with legal, work-related, and systems-of-care problems and issues. The goals of his treatment are to stabilize and manage debilitating symptoms and difficulties, such as the crippling beliefs of helplessness and shame, as well as to restore empowerment and confidence in the patient and their support system.
