Overview

Wendy Wang, MD, PhD, sees cancer patients at Whidbey General on Tuesdays and has been providing cancer care here since 2008. A board-certified medical oncologist, Dr. Wang believes in personalized and evidence-based care and participates in clinical trials designed to improve cancer treatment strategies. As a member of our Cancer Committee, a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, patient care and support staff, Dr. Wang helps determine the stage of a patients cancer and then establish treatment plans based on National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and participates in the National Comprehensive Cancer Network treatment guidelines to enhance clinical treatment planning.
