Overview

I am a native Southern Californian who grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. I have wanted to become an obstetrician/gynecologist since I had my child at age 19. Even though it was a difficult and trying time due to my youth, my doctors allowed me to see the experience in a positive light and encouraged me to develop healthy practices. I went back to college when my daughter was in the first grade and graduated from Whittier College. After completing medical school in San Francisco, I returned to my home in Southern California to begin my practice in obstetrics and gynecology. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in women's lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.
