Daniel Farray, M.D. received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Dr. Farray completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio and his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Cardinal Bernadin Cancer Center, Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hematology, Oncology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Farray has devoted his time to medical staff committee membership, serving on the Credentials Committee and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He also serves as Co-Medical Director for Hospice.
