Overview

Dr. Hakim is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Providence Hospital. As a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist, he provides a complete spectrum of health care services to meet the unique needs of women. His special areas of interest include the evaluation and management of fibroids, bleeding irregularities, and pelvic pain. Other areas of focus include the prevention and screening for common diseases such as heart disease, osteoporosis and cancer.
