Spine surgery is a challenging field. Knowing when you shouldnt operate is just as important as knowing when a surgical intervention is necessary. I dont just operate I truly care about each patient. After identifying the source of the pain, I make the time needed to educate patients on their condition and treatment options and help them come to an informed decision for their particular situation. Seeing patients after surgery is a highlight of my job. Its such a positive experience to see them get the relief they were looking for and get back to doing the things they enjoy most in life.
