No matter how busy I am or how many appointments I have, I believe its important to make enough time for every patient. Delivering a baby is an extremely exciting moment for a couple and it is very rewarding to be a part of that experience. There is no room for feeling rushed or stressed, only room for doing my job well and sharing in the happiness of the new parents. I am grateful for the OB/GYN training I received at Stanford University. Its because of this background and my careful listening skills that I feel so confident in diagnosing and treating patients. In my work, I have seen some patients go through five to 10 years of heart-breaking infertility. It is incredible to see these moms achieve pregnancy, go through each trimester and then watch as they finally have the chance to hold their babies.
