Overview

Dr. James Ewing is board-certified in Medical Oncology and in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, Texas and his fellowship in Medical Oncology at Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center, BUMC, in Dallas. Dr. Ewing is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Society of Hematology (ASH), and Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO). He has authored and coauthored many articles in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Ewing was born and raised in Tempe, AZ, and is a fourth generation Arizonan.
