I was diagnosed with a non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), due to a drop in blood pressure when I was sleeping.

My daughter had high blood pressure and the eye went mostly blind. Some eyesight came back but then deteriorated and now she just sees grey.
