My optometrist suggested I see a dermatologist for rosacea saying that a lot of her patients suffering from sty's had rosacea. I did I started using Metrogel from the dermatologist and have been sty free for the last 5 years. It's worth a try!

This is my second time having a sty. The first was treated with droplets from doctor. I thought this time I will let it run its course, guess what folks, this thing is taking over my face. What an experience! If you must go through the beauty test get a sty. It's important to appreciate normalcy. Remember don't sweat the small stuff and don't let the bigger ones get you down!

For my sty, I'm trying a warm washcloth compress and it is working. I am also taking Motrin and it helps with the inflammation.
