I am not familiar with this term in particular. There are however different neurologic conditions associated with the lung. For instance, there is an association of decreased motor and sensory nerve function in some patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). There are conditions of decreased function or paralysis of the diaphragm that can also result in respiratory symptoms. Other conditions of the lung, such as lung cancer, are associated with abnormal nerve function.
