Quick Vanilla Custard

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cold vanilla soy milk
• 1 cup cold 1% or 2% milk
• 1 box Instant Vanilla Jell-O® pudding (3.4 ounces)

Preparation:
1. Add cold soy milk and milk to mixing bowl and beat pudding mix into the milk mixture with electric mixer or wire whisk for about 2 minutes.
2. Pour at once into individual serving dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and custard-like in about 30 minutes.

Yield:
4 small custard servings
