Inside Out Caramel Apples

The warm caramel drizzled over nice, crispy and cold apple wedges may sound a little wacky, but it's really a refreshing snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 crispy apple, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons caramel topping (for ice cream, available in jars)

Preparation:
1. Add apple wedges to a small bowl. Place the caramel topping in a small microwave-safe dish and heat on LOW in microwave until topping is warm (about 20 seconds).
2. Drizzle caramel over the apples and enjoy!

1 serving

Per serving: 159 calories, 1 g protein, 41 g carbohydrate, 0.8 g fat, 4.3 g fiber, 48 mg sodium. Calories from fat: 4%.
