Quails with White Grapes

Ingredients:

  • 4 quails
  • 2 medium bunches of white grapes
  • Yield: 4 servings
  • One portion of this low-calorie recipe can replace one entree (main dish) prescribed in your diet plan.

Preparation:
1. Brown the quail in the oven without additional fat.
2. Remove the seeds and peel the white grapes.
3. Cook grapes in a warm oven in a non-stick surface pan. Place the browned quails on the white grapes a few minutes before the cooking time is finished. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Yield:
4 servings
