Gelatin Flan
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups skim milk
- 1 ounce package unflavored gelatin
- Flavoring:
vanilla or coffee extract
- No-calorie powdered sweetener (aspartame, etc.)
Preparation:
1. According to the package directions dissolve the gelatin in warm water then mix with the hot milk. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
2. Add flavor and if desired, the sweetener.
3. Pour into 4 individual dishes and refrigerate.
Yield:
4 servings
