Vanilla, Coffee or Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 3 eggs separated
  • Vanilla Extract or Chocolate Syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup strong coffee (for coffee ice cream)
  • No-calorie sweetener (aspartame, etc.)

Preparation:
Prepare according to the recipe for 'Floating Islands' then freeze.
