Spam Filters
Spam (unsolicited, unwanted junk e-mail) seems to arrive daily
in our mailboxes. Consequently, many companies are fighting spam by instituting
policies to prevent spammers from reaching their subscribers.
Unfortunately, if you have not set your spam filters to include wanted emails,
such as newsletters, they will never arrive in your mailbox. To allow the
MedicineNet newsletters to pass through your spam filters, please follow the
appropriate directions below:
AOL Users: Spam filtering used by AOL may direct your MedicineNet
newsletters to your junk or bulk email folder. In order to prevent this
from happening, please add healthnews@newsletters.medicinenet.com to your address
book.
Hotmail and MSN Users: Spam filtering used by Hotmail and MSN may direct your
MedicineNet newsletters to your junk or bulk email folder. In order to
prevent this from happening, we recommend:
- Login to your Hotmail or MSN account
- Click on "options"
- Click on "safe list"
- Add healthnews@newsletters.medicinenet.com to your safe list
Yahoo Users: Spam filters used by Yahoo may direct your MedicineNet
newsletters to your junk or bulk email folder. In order to prevent this
from happening, we recommend:
- Login to your Yahoo account

- Click on "Filters"
- To the right of "From header contains," type healthnews@newsletters.medicinenet.com
