LAWRENCE J. SCHWARTZ, M.D.

Dr. Schwartz received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and received his medical degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed a rotating internship with the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Southern California Medical Center and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Presbyterian Hospital of Pacific Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

He has had memberships with many prestigious societies including: Diplomate, American Board of Ophthalmology, 1974, Fellow, American Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, October 1975, Medical Advisory Commission for Ophthalmology,the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, Board of Directors, Crittenton Center for Young Women and Infants 1984 - 1988 and the Ellis Eye Center, Board of Directors, 1983 - to present.

Dr. Schwartz has been an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Southern California Medical Center since 1978. He is affiliated with the Cedars- Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He is the author of many papers and publications on Ophthalmology .
