ZAB MOHSENIFAR, MD

Dr. Mohsenifar studied Medicine at the University of Tehran, Iran with an extended externship at the New Jersey College of Medicine. He completed an internship at the Burlington County Hospital in New Jersey and served as a research resident at the New Jersey College of Medicine; in addition to completing his medical residency at the Thomas Jefferson University in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mohsenifar is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases. He is a Fellow in Pulmonary Medicine. He is presently Director at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California for both Pulmonary Ambulatory Center, the Respiratory Therapy Services, Pulmonary Physiology Laboratory and the Division of Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Mohsenifar is Vice-Chairman, Department of Medicine Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is a Professor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine.

Dr. Mohsenifar has given numerous lectures and symposiums and has published extensively. He has served on multiple medical journal editorial boards and reviewed articles for the distinguished Journal of the American Medical, Association, The New England Journal of Medicine, American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Annals of Allergy Respiration, Archives of Internal Medicine and the Journal of Critical Care Medicine.
