USES: Saw palmetto has been used in men for urination problems (e.g., decreased urine flow, nighttime/frequent urination) due to an enlarged prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH).Some herbal/diet supplement products have been found to contain possibly harmful impurities/additives.
