Rituximab (Rituxan) is a medication prescribed for the treatment of non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphomas. It is also approved to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Wegener's granulomatosis, and microscopic polyangiitis; and is combined with methotrexate to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Side effects, drug interactions, dosage, and pregnancy safety should be reviewed prior to taking this medication.
