OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Symptoms of overdose may include difficulty breathing, fast heartbeat, tremors, vomiting, restlessness, weakness, fatigue, or dizziness.

NOTES: For best results, this medication is used along with lifestyle changes such as stress reduction, exercise and dietary changes. Talk to your health care professional about changes you may benefit from. Laboratory tests will be done periodically to monitor the medication effects and to prevent side effects.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: The U.S. manufacturer recommends storing their vial between 39-77 degrees F (4-25 degrees C) away from heat and light. Brief storage up to 86 degrees F (30 degrees C) is permitted. Premixed IV bags may be refrigerated or stored between 36-77 degrees F (2-25 degrees C).
