PRECAUTIONS: Before taking podofilox, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies.Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: other skin problems (e.g., skin cancer).This medication must not be used during pregnancy. Women of child-bearing age should use a reliable form of birth control while using this medication. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, inform your doctor immediately.It is not known whether this drug passes into breast milk. Breast-feeding is not recommended while using this drug. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Your doctor or pharmacist may already be aware of any possible drug interactions and may be monitoring you for them. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed. If accidentally swallowed, you may experience symptoms such as: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, change in mental status, weakness or fatigue, unusually slowed breathing, and seizures.
