USES: This medication is an antibiotic used to treat various infections.

HOW TO USE: This medication must be thawed before use. It may be thawed at room temperature or in the refrigerator. It must not be force-thawed by dipping it into hot water, nor by microwaving. This medication must be slowly injected into a vein over not less than 30 minutes. It is usually given every 6 to 8 hours, or use exactly as prescribed by your doctor. This drug works best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a constant level. Do this by using the medication at evenly spaced intervals. Use this medication for the full time prescribed. Do not stop using this without your doctor's approval even if you feel better after a few days. Stopping therapy too soon may result in a relapse of the infection.
