Phimosis and paraphimosis are penis disorders. Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin cannot retract behind the glans in males. Symptoms of phimosis can lead to balanitis, or painful erection and urination. Paraphimosis is a condition that occurs when the foreskin is retracted behind the glans penis and cannot return to it's original positing. Paraphimosis is a medical emergency.
